本来 Spigot / Paper のイベント系は read-only (内容を変更したり書き込む系の処理をしていない) 場合はイベントの優先順位を
MONITORにしなくてはいけない．LunaticChat や CoreProtect のようなチャット系の操作を行うプラグインの影響を与えてしまう．実際 m1sk9/LunaticChat#78 の不具合はこのイベントの優先順位が関係した．
UniverseDiscord ではイベントに対して内容を変更したりはしていないので，全ての優先順位を
MONITORにした．
